  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Note: We offer Cash on Delivery for all domestic orders. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery.

  • A confirmation call or SMS will be sent to verify your order before shipping.
  • Please do not accept the package if the seal is broken or tampered with.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

How to Start a Return:

Refunds for COD Orders

  • Refund Method: Since COD payments are made in cash, refunds will be processed via [Bank Transfer / Store Credit].
  • Verification: Refunds are only initiated after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
